Argg... 1mth flew away just like tt..
today, i die die also must create an entry else i dun noe when else i will update..
i have so so much to tell, but i do noe know where to start, wat to write and watever who where wat?!..!!
So, lets the x random things occurs!!!!
1/ i'm sick of work. wats new? i want more tuitions! such tt i can earn as much as wat i'm earning nw so tt i can quit my job. But, will i?
2/ Darcy's right eye appears to be have some problem. His right eye lid will slowly slowly close while his left is still wide open and staring at u. I did some gentle eye massage but it still does nt go away. Shall wait n see hw tmr. If its getting worst, i wld need to bring him to e VET.
3/ Darcy had stop eating his kibbles as we gave him fish+rice for dinner everynite. It was suppose to be a every now n den meal but my parents started cooking fish+rice for him EVERY NITE resulting in his disinterest in kibbles. (All their fault!!) As we wld be going tw soon, it wld be very troublesome for the kind, helpful, wonderful person to have to cook everynite for darcy. So we started him back on kibbles. N he's still rejecting them. But not as much. A hungry dog is A HUNGRY DOG. Hope he will be back on kibbles by then.
4/ Last last time, my dad saw me talking baby language to Darcy and he called me 'xiao ren' and Darcy 'xiao gou'. Last time, my mum saw my dad talking baby language to Darcy and she looked at dad n shakes her head. Last nite, i caught mum talking baby language to Darcy. Me, i was => -_-!!!
5/ I used to bring Darcy out for a walk about 1-2 times per wk. Now tt my mum had stop working, dad brings Darcy out almost EVERYDAY. I'm serious, ALMOST EVERYDAY. Me, i was => -_-!!!
6/ Note: This is a repeated event. Its does not happen by chance. I was watching tv in e living room, on my fav sofa, relaxing and partially stoning. Suddenly Darcy started barking at dad or mum. Dad will rise/emerge frm wherever he was, stop watever he was doing and scold Darcy den proceed to chase Darcy around the living room. (Note: This is suppose to be a scolding session but turns to playtime for Darcy n dad) Their fav part, is to circle around me, Darcy takes me as his pillor of support, Dad treats me as a trap(to trap Darcy). They will play hide and seek around me and dad frm scolding will become laughing. Me, i was => -_-!!!
7/ Frm Darcy, i learnt that when one become desperate, he can make the impossible possible. Example: Darcy n dad was playing hide and seek around me (as usual). I was sitting on my fav sofa stoning at the tv. Dad had seal up most of Darcy's escape routes. Darcy, unwilling to admit defeat, with his ciga-lookalike-bone hanging frm the side of his mouth suddenly make a jump at me. So sudden was his leap that i raise my arms as a shield for my face thinking that he will smack straight in my face but the next second he was gone. Darcy had jump on to me and flew over the headrest landing on the open space behind my sofa. Dad and i was shocked for a second and for once, Dad declares Darcy the winner of the Day.
8/ For those who knows of my difficulties of getting a dog in the past, wld know tt my dad was the main 'problem'. He was the one who said NO. N he being a person who seldom say NO to me makes this NO a rather significant NO. So, seeing how much he has bonded with Darcy makes me realised that not listening to parents all the time might just be a wise thing to do.
9/ 2 mths back, Dad asked me to take a pict of Darcy n him, just like the black and white photo he had taken with his previous dog. Dad showed me that photo the other nite and i said 'I dun think u can squat tt low now' hahahhaaa... Me was fun..
10/ I borrowed 4 bks frm e library 2 sundays back. Their title being 'Out of the blue - romance in Crete' , 'Anyone but you - romance+dog' , 'Animal's Ppl - True Life Account of an Indian boy in Khaufpur' and lastly 'The women of Pemberley - Sequence to Pride & Prejudice'. When i was loaning this 4 bks, i cant help but feel how diff these 4 bks are. Other than the first 2 where they are romance but one is wrt travel and one is on dog (tt was wat caught my attention). The other is a biography and one is simply a literature. I didnt read the brief outline at e back of e book when i was choosing them, i simply look at the (1)title and colour of e book and (2) flip to the first page and read the first few lines. No point in killing the story by knowing what half the book will be about or when the auther is just nt my cup of tea. So, if the cover is attractive enough and the first few lines dun make me yawn/sleep. Yup, i'd gotten my book.
11/ I started on the dog book first which took me 4 mrt trips to finish. Then the Crete one which took me almost a wk of mrt trip + a friday nite. Now i'm on my Animal's ppl. Its lettering are slightly smaller, the pages are thinner and the book is thicker than e first 2. That was how i decide wat to read first. I'd thought i wldnt be able to survive the first part of the book but i was wrong. This is a good read thou it requires more concentration power than e other 2. But its still an interesting book to read. So, go get it!
12/ Facebook is a dangerous tool. esp if your fellow colleagues n team leader are ur friends. They wld know wat u had been doing last wkend or how drank u were. No good! No excuses to use the next time they ask u to go drinking. I cant say ' ermm.. i dun drink' hahahah
13/ I went to mentoring last sat. Was called up e previous sat by my mentee n asked to come. But who knows, i postpone one tuition and went but he has to go for flag day. Sigh.. I miss mentoring. I miss acting like a 20yrs old and playing w them. Some new mentors even thought tt i was 17. haa.. those was e days.
14/ Watched 'He's not tt into you' some wks back and i strongly reccomend to ALL girls out tt esp for those singles. Cause, i got a wake up call frm it. Seriously. Watch it and u will understand. 2 things every girl shld know: 1. Nv cut ur own fringe. 2. watch e show urself to find out.
Time to sleep! Hope i will update soon!!

on photography
i was looking at picts tt my photography coursemates had took when they went for recent outings and i have to admit tt most looks damn good.
I think its time that i take out my dslr frm its fridge and start putting it to good use.
I need to go out there!!

I just realise tt the Olivia in my imeem list is the Olivia Ong who sang the Little Nyonya song. N i just realise tt she's a singaporean who is 2 yrs n 2 days younger den me.
All along, i'd thought that she's Olivia Chan (dun noe frm where one...), even in my folder she's known as Olivia Chan. Even when my fav song for the past 1yr plus is 'Sometimes when we touch' by her and i'd loop it always, i still didnt realised that they are the same Olivia.

Found out that Marley and Me will only be out in end of Feb. Just like P.S I love you 1 yr ago.. WHYYYYY??????

Updates**
I'm back frm BKK (obviously!!). Had a wonderful time there. All e shopping n food.. wahhh.. n sunflowers n dogs.. wahhhhhh..... i seriously, honestly dun want to come back lor... i didnt get to see any riots (sadden).. i bought lots of t-shirts (wohoo!).. best part is, aft all e yummylicious authentic thai food i had, we walked off the calories thru shopping and i only gain 0.3kg.. muhahha... (But CL, u still win lar.. unless i can lose 4kg in 10 days)

she got 4As, 1B and 1D.. n she was really happy. n i'm really happy for her too!!! But the happiest part is, she took e initative to sms me her results.
Felt a sense of achievement.
With the current economy, friends started asking me on wat i wld do if i get retrenched. Part of me hope tt it wld happen to me, part of me worried bout the money. I just hope tt if i were to get retrenched, at least e package is good enough to last me for 3 mths and i can find tuitions now. Been signing up with online tuition agency these few days as money is really tight.. Need to start saving for the taiwan trip in apr.
Some friends ask me to consider NIE. I was like, 'NO! ermm.. no... hmmm... no?? ermm.. lets see ba?' I like to teach but aft hearing all those stories i do not want to get involve. N furthemore, if they do not offer me the position last apr, what wld makes them offer me the position i want this yr? I know my 10 yrs + friend wld say 'dun be crazy lar.. dun go nie..' haa.. am i rite? my dad too.. but somehow, no matter wat, I just keep toying w e idea of teaching. sigh.. dun noe arr.. we shall see how ba..
btw, airasia got discount if fly frm jan to mar lei.. wanna go phuket to dive?? haha... i miss thailand..

Basic photography classes had ended. Waiting for advance to start next yr. Had learn quite a lot. Its just putting wat i'd learned to use the hardest part. So, hope tt i wld practise more n apply more. hee.. I like photography..
Maybe shld pass on some skills to moomoo n CL first before our 09 Grad trip to taiwan else there wont be any picts of me.. haaa..
Think i want to learn some photoshop skills too.. so exciting..
Guess that wld be all for now.. haa.. Merry x'mas everyone. Its e time to hibernate at home!!

Another wk gone just like tt..
I didnt realise that time flew so fast.. Before i know it, its already thurs, den fri, den sat and finally SUNDAY!!
It was another 'hetic' wk for me (in a good way), i was only home for dinner on wed. Gosh... This is tiring...
Went drinking on turs nite w uni mate again! Ha.. Brewerks this time. Dun really like their beer. Still prefer Erdinger... yummy.. It is nice chilling out just like tt..
Went for free SEAFOOD dinner w PO n CL. PO treated us. So fantastic of her!! But nt tt fantastic aftwards.. haii.. SHe left e 2 CLs. We were so heartbroken.. =( 2 lonely souls on a Friday nite. N because she left half a glass of unfinish sea breeze, i helped her finished it. I think too much to eat n too much to drink is not too good. It makes me sleepy only. Sorry CL. For making it into such a short nite. Blame it on PO kay.. ahahaha....
Sat was filled w mentoring, tuition n rotting..n finally a long awaited movie!! Caught 'The Dark Knight' at CWP and indeed its good. I was sitting upright for the last 3/4 of the show. This was how good it was. Thanks to FM933 for e 2.5hrs warning but it honestly doesnt felt like 2.5 hrs.. At first i thought The Dark Knight was refering to Joker only to realise that it was referring to Batman. haa..
Today, went for tuition and i took e lift at the wrong block. i know i'm suppose to go to blk xx4, but when i reach xx2, i walk to the lift, den went up. Walked to the flat to find tt a christian family had moved it.. haha.. I went down, walk to blkxx4, took the lift up, walked to my student's flat and found her there. Sigh.. why must they build all HDB flats alike?? So confusing..
Den i went for my next tuition at Farfaraway. This is a new tutee and his wings are getting harder by the day. But i was firm too.
Me: this is hw from ur txbk
tutee: can we do 10 yr series instead?
Me: *think for a while* Why?
tutee: Cause its easier..
Me: *faint* NO! Txbk is good cause its more challenging.
Den i start insisting tt he do all his work n blah blah blah..
Yeah!! He didnt say anything else. haha.. i'm the tortouring tution teacher (TTT)!! hahah
Came home aft tt and i clean up my room, slightly. I cant imagine the stuff tt had accumulated in the last 1.5 yrs. When i reno my room last yr, i threw away a lot of things and store e rest in the other room. But today i realised tt there are many many more things to put away. How come?? I dun like cause i have no space to put all the stuff and i really feel like throwing those gift exchange's gifts away. eikkss...

Last wkend (Part 2)

AHHHHH!!!! I just got my c.c bill. My dad was holding on to it for 3 days!! Ahh!!! What if i miss the payment date.. I will have lots of interest to pay u know... After all the time where i keep asking him if theres any mail for me, he left it lying on his desk for THREE WHOLE DAYS!! Cant believe it..

Random updates..
I was on MC AGAIN on tues. Woke up feeling extremly giddy and i broke into cold sweat while trying to brush my teeth. In the end i went back to bed. All the while, i felt like vomiting but nothing came out. I went back to sleep and went to the doctor at noon time w my dad.
I think my dad suspected that i was pregnent. haha... He just wanted to be sure, cause he followed me into the examination room. Something he didnt do even when i had high fever last yr. I think he just need to hear it from the doctor. Talk about trust. hahaa...
Actually, so did my colleagues. The male sitting behind me notice tt i'd been eating a lot of sour plums lately and he told me female colleague. So you know, random office chat become gossip. Haa... But i clarified with them that the sour plums are for my sour throat. Hope there will be no rumors.
Oh no, den on wed, i was wearing my black dress (that looks like a trash bag to one and a pregnant dress to others) with flats and someone offered me a seat on the MRT. It was so embrassing. So So embrassing. And i wasnt feeling all that well already. I really need a hole to hide. hahaa... But tts a moment to remember.... hahaha.....
Anyway, the doct said that giddyness can a result of several factors being diet, looking at comp screen for too long and much, stress, not sufficient sleep.
To the above 4, i'm guilty as charged. Stress, i think is due to the r/s btw unoewho n me as well as the stress over my c.c bill. Now, i hope i will get better.
Will be going for a full body check up in Sept. Anyone wanna join me? This will be a b'day present to myself, frm myself. If only theres a dog as well. A dog that can bark, wag its tail, pee anywhere and everywhere, growl at e ppl i dun like and most importanly, scare the dog above. Haha... I think golden retrievers are out of the question as they are too kind (just like me.. hahaha... dun puke)
Oh.. Marley and Me will be showing on screen in Jan 08. Yipee!! Cant wait.. 6 more mths to go.. argggg!!!

Singapore Flyer (11th April 08)
I know this entry is one wk late but late better than never. Just wanna record tt nite down where I had a great time since a long long time.
Previously mentioned, one of my JC girl is flying over to Perth(shes already there) and will be staying there for maybe the next half decade. So, we went to take the Sing Flyer with the hope of taking some photos. We did and the picts turn out great. Thanks to the camera which is able to take some pretty decent picts at nite. Come to think about it, that camera had been on the Sing flyer twice yet not once with its owner. Kinda sad yah.. hahahha…

Back to that Friday nite. We were suppose to meet at 6.30pm at that place but since I was on leave, so I met Eve who had her last half day then. We waited for YQ till almost 7.10pm as she was coming from her office. We then proceed to board the capsule. Very fortunately, when it was our turn, we had the whole capsule to ourselves unlike the previous and the next where it was shared among other people. It was really very very lucky of us because we had a great time posing and what not in the capsule which we have all to ourselves.
We board at 7.15pm where it was still bright, then a portion of the sky turns a lovely shade of pink at around ¼ of our journey and by the time we are slightly over the highest point, the skies were starting to get dark and we were able to view the city lights. It was a really pleasant ride and I really had a wonderful time taking picts of the posers and the surrounding sights. It had been a long long time since I felt like that and it felt like a journey to the past.
After we got out, I cldnt help but think of what a good show we had put up for those watching the security cameras. I just hope that there wont be a time where on some anniversary, they decided to play back some HIGHLIGHTS of the recorded scenes that took place onboard the Sing flyer. Im pretty sure we will be under the section of the 'xiao zha bos'.After we alight, we went to purchase the pict that they took of us before we board as a farewell gift for eve. Den it was time for dinner at Popeyes, a slow stroll to Esplanade and iced chocolate at Max Brenner (yummylicious!)
We chatted till around 11pm and went for a walk along the Singapore river and started snapping some shots around. Really like that part of Singapore at night. Pretty.
We shared a cab though we are all leaving in different areas and with the midnight charge and stuff, it cost close to $40 when I reach home. No complaints though.
Wonderful night, wonderful company. It felt great to be young again. When will the next time be?

Had a great day slacking today. Went for tuition with my beloved tutee then watched a movie at CWP. It had been such a long time since I watch a movie and I was so out of touch with whats new and wats not.
After which was dinner at Botak Jones and for once I tried their steak which was not too bad just that a bit too cooked for my liking. I like them more bloody.. hee… A slow walk to my hse and a nite infront of the TV watching some silly comedy and laughing our hearts out. Yeah, nice way of spending a Sunday. Chilling out, that’s what I like. Not forgetting the long awaited teh tarik with my CL buddy.
Oh yeah, it's the simple things that make life good!

Feast of love..
Went for another movie after work today. ' Feast of love.'
I rather enjoy it. Its nothing like Love Actually but kinda similar in a way that its about love among several couples. Its not as funny or filled with cute chicks in strong British accent like Hugh Grant and Colin Firth. But Feast of Love has one wonderful cast which i like very much, being Morgan Freeman.
His role in this movie is a grieving father, loving husband and a teacher to everyone else. He does not tell you what is right and what is wrong instead he advise you on the routes you can take and let you choose one yourself. He has a lot of 'da dao li' which really makes sense. His dry humor is really dry. I wld say his acting is really good. You can feel what he was trying to express. At least i could.
This is a movie which you can get lost in after a tiring week of work. Once the show starts, sink into the comfy armchair and lose yourself to the movie. Let it bring you to places.
What i didnt expect was that its actually R21 meaning that there are a couple of artistic scenes (tt explains the couple of guys who went together..) like female and female, male and female, sorry there are no male and male (you can try Brokeback mountain). But i belive that many more scenes had been cut and only part of it were show.
In summary, i wld give it a 78% and recom that its a show to watch on a lazy wkend aftnoon.
Watched 'Fool's Gold' yest instead of my much anticipated 'Kite Runner'. Wasnt able to get the ticks that why. I have a strong feeling that i will not be able to catch it in the cinema. Hope i will be wrong..
Fool's Gold is not too bad. Nice scenery. Nice jokes. Overall, its a nice movie. A normal treasure hunting movie yet not packed with too much violent and action. A 65% to me as i'm not a very action-pack person.
Work wise, my load is increasing. From having too much free time to now where i leave the office with things waiting to be completed the following day. I think the break period earlier on is not good as we get too comfy with having nothing much and now when it suddenly peaks up, it drains me much.
I'm tired. But at least its physically and not emotionally. Surprisingly, i'm in a pretty good mood with the increased work. Tired but happy. Weird huh..

Tis n tats
I brought my cheesecake to the coy for my colleagues to try.
One said its soft.
One said she likes it soft.
One said it reminded her of CJ7's alien's shit. But the one who said that finished the slice i brought.
One said its the first time he had eaten chocolate cheesecake and said it taste sour.
One didnt say anything at all.
I brought a slice for my friends to try too.
One likes it cause its sweet.
One didnt say much but agree that it tastes sour aft i repeated my colleagues' feedback.
The one who said that its sweet dun feel that it taste sour.
One said its nice.
Overall, i wld think tt my first cheesecake passed. Maybe a 65%.
One hour later and i will be P-plate no more.. woohoo.!!
Went shopping w xy just nw but didnt buy anything. I wanna stop looking at black clothings and i wanna stop buying black clothes. I need more colour in my wardrobe.
Can i go back to being a size M in ALL shops soon?
I need to buy books to read... haahhaah...la ta di da..
I'm thinking of getting the book 'The diving bell and the butterfly'. I wonder if it will be a nice and easy read.. i wanna watch it...

Hearty paws..
I cldnt believe tt i'd miss such a good show in cinemas last march. I didnt even know tt there was a film like this until i was surfing the net for shows to be watch online. What was i doing last march?
This is one hell of a show. I do not know hw the director do it, but the bond between the boy actor and the dog was so good that it had me reaching for the tissue several times. My eyes still feel sore from the crying and rubbing but this is really a too good to be miss show.

Late nite out.
I'd always rejected offers of walking me up to my flat as i felt that my area is quite safe. Even if it was in the middle of the nite. But it all changed..
A couple of months ago while out on a mid nite show, my dad called me. He asked me what time i will be back so i said after one or two. Then he told me that the police had put up a sign board asking for witnesses rgdg a case of indecent act near the rubbish dump area. We know no head nor tails of the event and our best guess was that there is some molester at large here. That nite i was out watching the movie with Jul, Erica n Ck. So he, being the only male had to do the tedious job of sending us up to our doorstep.
Last friday, after another late movie, 27 dresses, it was already after one when i reach back. As the lift door opens on the 6th floor, a hand suddenly came in followed by an indian man. As i was standing near the door, with another few inches he wld had grab onto my hand. I didnt see him at all as he was standing behind the wall so i was taken aback when his hand suddenly appeared. Him upon seeing ck, i guess he decided to wait for us to get out before entering into the lift.
He stink of pee and he has one hand rubbing his stomach area or maybe elsewhere. I kept looking back to see if he had enter the lift and he did. But he kept looking out at us. It freaks me. Earlier on, while on the ground floor, i notice that one of the lift was on the 6th floor. So meaning, if he was to take a lift down, he cld easily took that instead of waiting for ours to come up.
Sat morning while waiting for the lift on the 6th floor to go down, i notice a liquid stain on that lift door. I dun noe if its pee or watelse but i know its cause by a male and not a dog unless its a large tall dog. There is an odor lingering around the waiting area.
All in all, i was glad that my dad told me of the signboard. Otherwise i wld be alone that nite. And not forgetting ck who had to walk the girls up. Thanks a lot!
So guys, if i happen to be out late with you, kindly walk me up. My lift is not haunted.. Thanks you!

2nd day of 08..
Haa.. So far my 2 days are still good.
Yest aft tt entry, i persuade chicken eater to go play badminton with me. He did. Even though it was for a short while only but better than nothing. After that we went for lunch, home to bath and den to watch The Warlords.
'Da ge shi dui de' wahhhahaha.. CMI lor..
The other one. 'qiang qian, qiang liang, qiang nian men' Hahaa.. Catchy phases..
On the way home, Dablueagent called a swim. Super shoick. My first swim in wld complex since its renovated. Not much ppl so nt tt bad.. Den home for dinner and an episode of coffee prince. I slept at 9 plus. Till this morning. Not too bad for someone with insufficient sleep. Haa..
Then today aft work, went swimming with dablueagent again. Its good having someone drives you home aft worknswim. Upon reaching home, bath n dinner. Told my dad tt i do not wanna eat rice cause i'm on diet. Then i finish the whole plate of veggis and tau huey.
Immed aft dinner, my dad took a bowl of 'tang yuan' in soya bean milk into my room and ask me to try. I said i dun want as i'm on a diet den he says 'jian se mo jian la. geng wo chi yi li!'
Wah.. dun noe who was the one who said i'm fat lor..
Dun noe who was the one who name my legs 'saw wa de ka'(pig leg) lor..
Dun noe who was the one whose sister commented that all my photos are involve with food lor..
And now he 'gan gan' come tell me to eat. He power.
Anyway, today lunch, i had double fish soup (fried fish and sliced fish) w/out rice. Then all my colleagues first reaction was 'ni jian fei ah?' Power. But they are right, cause i really wanna minimise my stomach. Haha.. Dun noe if it works ma..
I think frm now on, i will only eat soupy lunch w/out rice or noodles. Den only on fridays n sats will i indulge in my red meat namely lamE and Beef.. wahaahah.. I cant wait for friday to come.. haha..
How long do u think i can last? Two wks? I really see me no up.
Chicken Eater, i wanna 'tiao zhan' you. See who can be the biggest loser.. Haha.. U dare to accept my challenge?

Happy 2008!!!
Haa.. Just got back frm breakfast at Woodgrove aft spending the nite at yl's place. Very satisfied. hee..
Went to CWP for e countdown yesterday. Actually not for the countdown but more for the fireworks.. We found a position around 15 mins before the clock strike 12 and stood there with ample breathing space waiting. Finally, at 1200, the firework show started. It lasted for maybe last than 5 mins and will not be as spectacular as those at Marina or Mt Faber but hey, Woodlands, up in the mountains, we have our own fireworks ok.. TYL had a clip of the whole show.
So, dear friends, why not have a gathering next yr in CWP?We shall meet at 11.30pm to just countdown at our 'di pang'. I'm sure a lot of u will be free as i realised that a lot of us OLD ppl were nt in the city partying but instead were staying at home watching tv with their parents.. We can have a steamboat dinner at TYL's place as it will be windy and cold and perfect for a steamboat. Haa... Provided her parents agree la..
We had the steamboat dinner there yest. We being yl, Cherly n me. But with the voices of 10 women in the mkt as put by tyl. Dun ask us why but we were screaming and whining even though the dinning room is not that far from the kitchen. I wonder how her yl's mum cld stand us. But come to think about it, her mum is not any better than us.. Haa.. (I have a feeling her mum will know what i wrote bout her here) :p
Anyway, its the time of the year for (Drumroll..) drum drum drum drum drum.. roll rolll roll roll roll.. (Damn lame)
For 2008 RESOLUTIONS!!

1) LOSE WEIGHT (I'd heard enough comments from anyone and everyone bout hw great a life i had in Aust. Or hw cheap meat n milk is down under. Enough is enough!)
2) Get a job n earn some money. I need to find my direction in life!!
3) Try not to feel so stress when mi frends n i are talking bout BGR. What will come will come.
So, did i manage to accomplish them?
(1) Lose weight? Hmm.. Still have not reach my target. But shld be not as bloated as when i first came back i shld think. Anyone who disagree, pls tag.
(2) Job. Yupe. Got a perm job finally. Today is the first day of my perm job. But direction in life.. Hmm.. Does retiring at 30 to look aft dogs considered a direction? If yes, den i'd found it. Haha.. Anyone who disagree, tag n leaves ur comment lar..
(3) BGR. Status still unchange. But well, what will come will come. I had fun this year knowing lots of great ppl. Haa.. So.. so far still good.
Finally, 08 resols,
(1) Travel. My aim is Tibet/ Vietnam/Sipandan/ China/ Taiwan. Any 2 is fine.
(2) Lose Weight. Aim will be 50kg. Thats 8kg. A recent medical check up shows that i'd nt lost any weight since i got back and had instead shrink 0.5cm. Damn. I shld go for it before lunch lor..
(3) Dog. Get a pup with melting eyes.
(4) Get insurance or financial planner.
(5) Save $5k by end of year?.. Too little or too much? hmm.. I think i need tuition. Lobangs anyone?
Alrighty. We shall see how in 365 days time.

For 2008 RESOLUTIONS!!
A recap on last year's: (frm Jan 01, 07 entry)
1) LOSE WEIGHT (I'd heard enough comments from anyone and everyone bout hw great a life i had in Aust. Or hw cheap meat n milk is down under. Enough is enough!)
2) Get a job n earn some money. I need to find my direction in life!!
3) Try not to feel so stress when mi frends n i are talking bout BGR. What will come will come.
So, did i manage to accomplish them?
(1) Lose weight? Hmm.. Still have not reach my target. But shld be not as bloated as when i first came back i shld think. Anyone who disagree, pls tag.
(2) Job. Yupe. Got a perm job finally. Today is the first day of my perm job. But direction in life.. Hmm.. Does retiring at 30 to look aft dogs considered a direction? If yes, den i'd found it. Haha.. Anyone who disagree, tag n leaves ur comment lar..
(3) BGR. Status still unchange. But well, what will come will come. I had fun this year knowing lots of great ppl. Haa.. So.. so far still good.
Finally, 08 resols,
(1) Travel. My aim is Tibet/ Vietnam/Sipandan/ China/ Taiwan. Any 2 is fine.
(2) Lose Weight. Aim will be 50kg. Thats 8kg. A recent medical check up shows that i'd nt lost any weight since i got back and had instead shrink 0.5cm. Damn. I shld go for it before lunch lor..
(3) Dog. Get a pup with melting eyes.
(4) Get insurance or financial planner.
(5) Save $5k by end of year?.. Too little or too much? hmm.. I think i need tuition. Lobangs anyone?
Alrighty. We shall see how in 365 days time.

Totally exhausted..
Gt back frm ECP this morning at 11am. Was so so tired that i fall asleep frm 12 till 7.30pm. And i just wanted a nap. In the end, i fall into a deep deep sleep. ONly cld rememeber that i was eating almond paste in the dream in somewhere like Malaysia. haa.. I was hungry ma.. No lunch lei..
Nw, aft dinner (the only forces that cld get me up frm bed), i cld feel my whole body aching. My arms, tights, butt especially, neck n back. Must be due to all the pushing into the sea tt gt me aching. N the bike torturing session by the lion who is younger than me. I thought getting a double bike can let me relax more in the end, i was so so wrong. I learn to depend on myself now.
Luckily the weather was good last nite, as in nt too cold and no rain hence surviving the nite was nt a big problem. Just that there was no place for a real good sleep. But well, this is camping ma..
Several times last nite, i felt like activating Mr Foo's offer but i have a strong feeling tt he will kill me when he knows tt the help needed is just for me to go home sleep on my big comfy bed. Because the way he treats my friends are much better den the way i was treated by him.. humf.. unfair..
This is my first time camping experience at ECP. Which is actually quite fun. I used to find those ppl 'wu liao' for having nothing better to do. But nw, i think differently. Because having ur own camp in ur own space over there, u can do anything u want. There is noone to disturb you or watsoever. You really can do things at ur own pace.
Like say, after pitching of tents, playing in the sea, bathing using the nearby facilities, having a BBQ in Al tray, den procedding to the nearby pubs for a bottle of iced Hoegarden while enjoying the Newcastle vs Liverpool match at the large screen tv. Well, this is a nice way of relaxing. With Hoegarden of course. N who knows when you will get to win a burger or two..
Maybe 1 wkend where i feel like waking up to the melody of the waves rolloing up the shore, i shld.

Went to watch Enchanted on fri nite (finally) w a weird collection of ppl. Ppl frm all walks of life. A pri sch friend, a sec sch friend n a uni mate. All 4 of us together. And surprising, i had a great time. haa.. Because i got to drive home frm Kallang.. First time Jul sat in a car driven by me. Haa.. I think she had fun. heee
Enchanted was nice. Its a melting pot of Bollywood, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Sleeping beauty, Snow white and thats about it. Its funny as in cartoonish funny. Mcdreamy still has dreamy looking eyes....A great show to relax to on a friday nite.
The next show i want to watch will be 'Good Luck Chuck', 'P.S, I love you', maybe 'Two days in Paris' and another movie by one of the cast of Greys '27 dresses'.
Yeah.. Cant wait.

2 more days to e wkends..
Went to watch Stardust yest w Jul n XY at CWP. Haa.. It feels good to be able to catch a movie aft work. Cheaper rates furthermore. Anyway, stardust was magically fantastic. Wow.. The two hours flew by like a shooting star. I wont mind watching it another time, becaause its really good!!
Third day of work today and today was the latest i left the office (so far) at 6.30pm. hahaha... This feels good!
May be watching enchanted tmr.. heee...
I'm turing to magically fantasy nowadays.. Dun ask me why.

Fool of the day..
I made the booking for Ratatouille this afternoon. For tonight's 7pm show, at CWP. I was happily clicking and keying in my card number and i was happy with my cheap ticks. Can you believe it? $7 for a wkend movie tick. Why do i still want to buy the movie voucher if the price of a Cathay movie tick is now so cheap. Also, i cldnt believe my luck when i went into the same timing to discover a half empty cinema instead of an almost full cinema that was displayed on my screen when i went into the 7pm slot 5 mins ago.
Slowly, i discover my mistake. I booked the monday 7pm instead of sunday's. SHit..
In the end, ck had to make another booking for th 8.30pm show as i refuse to make anymore booking. He did and we meet for dinner at Mos Burger. My fav fastfood restaurant. I gave him my orders and sat at the table waiting for him to come back. After a while he came back with the Mos tray. On it there was my Clam chowder, an iced tea which i'd told him to get, and a hot tea which he got for himself or so i thought.
I happily remove the lid to my drink, lift the cover of the milk and pour into my iced tea to make it into the iced milk tea which i always drink in MOS burger when they do not have my coffee milk shake.
Den he spoke.
'Why did you pour milk into my COKE?'
I was speechless and want to argue to him that it is my iced tea, not coke den i remember who had place the order.
I was speechless.
He thought i wanted hot milk tea but was a bit puzzled why i said i want regular and not medium size when everyone knows that hot beverage does not come in different sizes.
I was surprise when he brought back a medium size cup filled with black liquid. And i thought he had mix up the order.
He asked me to drink the milky coke but i refuse, claiming that i dun drink coke.
In the end, he had to drink it and said that it taste like coke float.
Well, where was my brain?
Also, why did i get off the lift on the wrong floor twice within 10 mins.
He was speechless. I was ashamed by my bluriness.
Life goes on. Hope this kinda mistake will not happen tmr..

Secret..
He was playing skillfully on the piano with his left hand.
She asked him, "Why do you like to play the piano with one hand?"
He replied, "So i can use the other to hold yours."
I gasp.
It is a beautiful show. And the make believe and the twist was totally unsuspected. The music pieces was enchanting. They make classical comes alive, fighting a war of it own. The storyline was romatic and about high school sweet love. A beautiful movie i shall say.
Just that, be prepared to watch it with lots of teenagers who doesnt noe how to keep quiet when the show has started nor know that there is a 'silent/mute' function for their cellphones.
Good show overall. Go watch it even if you are not a fan of Jay. But just want a sweet romance. I like it..
Also, make sure you can read either chinese charaters or english words as half the time, i do not know what he is saying.. As usual..
