Finally, i made my chocolate cheesecake that i was craving for so long.
I bought the cream cheese on CNY's eve only to realise that i need cream as well. I went to buy cream on the 3rd day of CNY but since then i wasnt free and un-tired enough to make it. Tonight, i finally was.
Its still chilling in the fridge and i wont get to try it till tmr nite. But i already noe hw bad it will taste.
1. Too sweet even thou i add in less sugar den advise
2. Too lumpy. May be due to the fact that the cheese was brought shopping for a couple of hours instead of being fridge aft its bought.
3. The crust wont stay. I shld had added more butter.
4. The cheese mixture is too watery. I didnt have gelatine which purpose is to solidify.
I'll bear all these mistakes in mind when i try it a second time.
Isnt it funny how simple things like baking can be redo over and over again until you get the perfect reciple yet life cant be repeated, or can it?
