Should I try..

I read about a $5 movement last month and I know that I am unable to accomplished that - living on $5 a day for a week. My transport by mrt already cost more than $3 each day.

I have been wanting to save money for the past dunno how many years but nothing has been done.

Should I try a $10 movement for myself this February?

Although there is only 28 days this February, but let me have a bonus of 2 days to make it a neater lump sum of $300.

Hp bills for myself -$45
Easilink top up- $100

Remaining: $155 ($5.50 per day)

Reasonable? Yes.
Do-able? I dunno. I need to try this out. Lets see how long can I last.

Resolutions for 2014

1. Be puncture for work. Arriving at 9.30am, 9.40am, 9.50am consistently is not going to make my bosses very happy.

2. Exercise regularly, at least once a week. Gaining 2kg within the last 3 mths is not ideal for people over 30yo.

3. Submit my application for PR. Simply said, im just getting older everyday.

4. Save money and travel less. Need I say more.

How to go about achieving my resols..
1. Catch the Premium bus, even if I cant board, I won't be too late.

2. Cut down on Teh C every morning, sign up for pilates or aqua aerobic at CC, swim once a week when possible.

3. Prepare a checklist of the requirements and tick them off when completed.

4. Go to OCBC and change my current account. Direct transfer a certain amount of money at pay day to a separate accounts(Insurance, savings & investments). Review my insurance policies and start planning for retirement.

Travelwise, aim is to travel far and less. 1 dive trip, 1 short trip(less than 1wk or may combine with dive trip), 1 trip with parents(1wk) and 1 long trip(2wks).

Good bye 2013, it was good having you and Hello 2014, Welcome!!!
